Elania Advisory is the consulting line of Elania Capital Corporation, a Wyoming C-Corp. We put AI into the work mid-size companies already do: agents, workflows, and internal tools. We do not sell slide decks. We start with a two-week Readiness Sprint to find one process worth automating. Then we ship a first agent into production in four to six weeks. After that we stay on as an Operating System retainer so the thing actually runs.
We run a multi-agent operating system, Achi, in production for our own companies, and we ship software with the same crew we use for client work. That is the method. No invented case studies.

No. The first two weeks produce a written build plan for one process. Then we build it.
